Where is my order shipped from?

We work with a company that has handling centers all over the world.

Shipping times:

Mugs: 4-15 business days.
Notebook: 14-20 business days.
Tote Bag: 8-15 business days.
Canvas: 4-10 business days.

Note: it is possible that some products of the same order may arrive separately.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

Damaged or wrong product

We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please email us at info.inkhustudio@gmail.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
